June 17 - Holbrook AZ

Our morning was spent reading and sitting around as the professionals installed an air conditioning unit and a new fuel filter.

Then we were off to Meteor Crater, the most well-known, best preserved meteorite crater on Earth!  It was pretty impressive and we spent quite a bit of time there.

Stopped for the night in Holbrook AZ and are currently hiding in the RV with the A/C on until it cools down enough to go outside.  At least the low for tonight is low enough that we won’t need to have the A/C on all night.

Had a nice surprise at this campsite, though, they offer a picnic area and you can order breakfast and dinner for an amazingly low price.  Needless to say, we opted for the picnic dinner rather than turning on the stove or doing any grilling and we will also take advantage of the all you can eat pancake breakfast tomorrow morning.
