Crossed the Peace Bridge this morning to Niagara Falls NY
after taking a scenic tour all along the gorge.
We did make a stop in Lockport NY to see the locks and Erie
Canal. Very quiet but it looked like a
river cruise had gone out so there were lots of cars and bikes parked but no-one was around when
we were there.
Having lived in Philadelphia for three years I am very
familiar with turnpikes but today was Norm’s first experience with a turnpike
when we drove on the New York Thruway.
Good road and everything but very boring to drive.
